1. Eligibility:
   • Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. Those aged 16-17 may volunteer with parental consent.
2. Commitment:
   • Volunteers agree to commit to their scheduled hours and inform the Foundation promptly if unable to attend.
3. Code of Conduct:
   • Volunteers must follow all Foundation policies, treat everyone with respect, and refrain from any form of discrimination or harassment.
4. Confidentiality:
   • Volunteers must keep all sensitive information about beneficiaries and the Foundation confidential.
5. Health and Safety:
   • Volunteers must adhere to all health and safety guidelines and report any accidents or injuries immediately.
6. Representation:
   • Volunteers represent Newision Foundation and must act in a manner that upholds its values and mission.
7. Training:
   • Volunteers are required to attend all necessary training sessions provided by the Foundation.
8. Termination:
   • The Foundation reserves the right to terminate a volunteer’s service if terms and conditions are breached.
9. Media Consent:
   • Volunteers consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during activities for promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing.
10. Waiver and Release:
    • Volunteers participate at their own risk and release Newision Foundation from any claims or liabilities arising from their volunteer activities.

By registering as a volunteer with Newision Foundation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
